Terms and Conditions of use

The VOCM Forum is provided as a service by VOCM ("VOCM Management") and Psynex ("Psynex Solutions Sdn. Bhd.") to you ("you" or "the user") and is subject to the terms and conditions stipulated in this agreement.

You are allowed to use the VOCM Forum if you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this agreement. VOCM and Psynex reserve the right to modify or revise the terms and conditions with or without prior notice. VOCM and Psynex also reserve the right to take appropriate action against any user who is in violation of this agreement including (but not limited to) suspension or removal of the User's account and/or removal/modification of inappropriate material.

Accessing any part of the VOCM Forum constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree, do not enter the VOCM Forum.

You are responsible for your own actions. The following list includes (but not limited to) actions that constitute violation of this agreement.

• You shall not harass, threaten or cause distress or discomfort upon other users, individuals or entities.
• You shall not post any content or material that is copyrighted, illegal, harmful, defamatory, abusive, obscene or racially objectionable.
• You shall not post unsolicited advertising or promotional materials or any form of solicitation.

VOCM and Psynex do not guarantee complete or partial availability of the content in the VOCM Forum. While every effort is made to ensure normal operation of the server and content-delivery system, unavailability due to technical or policy issues may occur.

You are responsible for the usage of your account (username). Any posting made from your account is your responsibility and as such you should ensure accuracy and relevance.

The VOCM Forum may contain comments and content from third-parties. This does not signify endorsement, accuracy, reliability, quality or completeness by VOCM or Psynex. Your reliance upon any information within the VOCM Forum is entirely at your own risk. No warranties, express or implied are given by VOCM or Psynex.

By using the VOCM Forum, you agree to indemnify VOCM and Psynex, its owners, directors, committee members, members, employees, successors, sponsors, advertisers, associates and affiliates for any and all claims, damages, losses, and causes of action (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your breach or alleged breach of this agreement or for any content that is provided by you or through your account. You agree to cooperate as fully as reasonably required in the defense of any claim. VOCM and Psynex reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you.
