We have been invited by Rumah Amal Limpahan Kasih (RALK) in Puchong to join their programme called 'KONVOI KEMBARA KASIH MAULIDURRASUL 2008'. Details are as follows; Date: 06/04/2008 (Sunday) Time: 8.00am – 5.30pm Venue: From RALK in Puchong to KL (going through KLCC, Menara KL, Masjid Negara, dataran Merdeka, Taman Tasik Titiwangsa) to Wetland, Putrajaya. Programme: 7.30am - VOCM Members to gather at venue to be advised 8.00am - Arriving at Rumah Amal Limpah Kasih, Kg Sri Aman, Puchong 8.30am - Breakfast & arrangement of passengers for each car 9.00am - Convoy to Tesco Puchong for handing over goodies, final briefing, press coverage etc 9.30am - Official flag off by MP Puchong (YB Mr Gobind Singh) 9.45am - Convoy around KL (from Puchong to Menara KL, KLCC, Tasik Titiwangsa, Taman Rama Rama, Dataran Merdeka) 12.00pm - Convoy to Wetland, Putrajaya 2.00pm - Lunch 2.30pm - Handing over donations etc to 300 orphan and 30 single mother 3.00pm - Handing over certificate of appreciation to artist, car club, sponsors etc 3.30pm - Performance by artists 4.15pm - Press photography session 4.30pm - Convoy back to Rumah Amal Limpah Kasih 5.30pm - Programme End Participants briefing session: Date: 04/04/2008 (Friday) Time: 9pm Venue: Sri Ukay Curry House, Tmn Sri Ukay for and on behalf VOCM Committee |
